Dr. Chung is very professional and kind, I always have great experiences with him and his team. His wife is also very nice and caring, she calls me after the treatment to see if I’m doing ok. Office is located by Ala Moana Shopping Center, easy access is another plus to me.
I waited a long time before finally deciding to see Dr. Chung, since I’ve been following him on Instagram and saw him performing spider vein removal. The veins behind my knees and on the sides of my thighs had really bothered me for years. During the injections, he talked me through the process to help distract me from the needle pokes, which I really appreciated. I went through three sessions, and now all those blue and purple veins are gone. He did let me know that I might need occasional maintenance treatments since I’m prone to developing more veins, but I’m beyond happy with the outcome. Thank you so much, Dr. Chung!
Here is an update after my first review. My fiance, Brice had the opportunity to try the MiraDry treatment to address his underarm sweat. Dr. Chung, Hannah, and the office team were once again very professional and knowledgeable. They explained the treatment and recovery process along with a timeline on when to see results. They also scheduled a follow up visit to ensure his recovery and to just make sure he was doing well. Brice is looking forward to seeing the full results and once again doctor, Hannah, and the team were all very helpful and kind! I first met Dr. Chung back in 2018 to have sclerotherapy to treat my spider veins. Dr. Chung, Hannah, and the office staff were very professional, compassionate, and answered all my questions about the treatment and after care! With such exceptional service, I decided to consult with Dr. Chung for additional treatments for facial enhancements with botox and fillers. Once again, Dr. Chung, Hannah, and the office staff were so helpful in explaining the process! Dr. Chung listens to your needs and concerns and he is honest with what would work best for the patient. I’ve been going to Dr. Chung since 2022 for various cosmetic-related procedures, such as Smart Lipo, botox, and dermal fillers. I’m so happy with ALL the work Dr. has performed on me! Both of my Smart Lipo procedures went smoothly and gave great results. Dr. has always been very honest about the realistic results I could expect – for all procedures – so I’ve never left disappointed. He will also give you a very honest opinion on fillers and will never let you look “overdone”, which I really appreciate. I still want to look like me, but just a bit better. His staff of nurses is also so kind and professional, and I always feel very comfortable in this office.
