Dr. Chung is hands-down the best choice. I have struggled with varicose veins for years and I have seen other providers, but no one compares. He took the time to explain everything clearly and addressed all my concerns. The procedure was quick and painless. The office staff is also very friendly and responsive. Dr. Chung is very professional and kind, I always have great experiences with him and his team. His wife is also very nice and caring, she calls me after the treatment to see if I’m doing ok. Office is located by Ala Moana Shopping Center, easy access is another plus to me.
I waited a long time before finally deciding to see Dr. Chung, since I’ve been following him on Instagram and saw him performing spider vein removal. The veins behind my knees and on the sides of my thighs had really bothered me for years. During the injections, he talked me through the process to help distract me from the needle pokes, which I really appreciated. I went through three sessions, and now all those blue and purple veins are gone. He did let me know that I might need occasional maintenance treatments since I’m prone to developing more veins, but I’m beyond happy with the outcome. Thank you so much, Dr. Chung!
Here is an update after my first review. My fiance, Brice had the opportunity to try the MiraDry treatment to address his underarm sweat. Dr. Chung, Hannah, and the office team were once again very professional and knowledgeable. They explained the treatment and recovery process along with a timeline on when to see results. They also scheduled a follow up visit to ensure his recovery and to just make sure he was doing well.
