I am soooo happy I finally picked up the phone and made my appointment! I think I was a little afraid of the unknown. I was given pre op calls with clear instructions and directions for parking near the facility. Staff always asked if I had any questions. My ultrasound showed me how huge some of my veins were on the medial aspect of my knee. For years I had been avoiding skorts and shorts because I was embarrassed. Now I’m buying new, cute things to wear and no shame about my knee area. Follow up showed everything’s fine at 6 weeks and there’ll be another in a year. I feel well taken care of. Bonus: Dr. Chung is an interesting conversationalist. He can talk about a wide range of subjects while doing the procedure.

Dr. Chong is the best!! Always greets you with a smile and is easy to talk to about your treatment. He is honest about what he may help with and won’t just do a procedure because you request it. He explained my procedures and made me feel very comfortable and confident about the outcome. It was exactly as he explained and I love the results!! The staff is wonderful and I will continue to consider them first for any future improvements!!
