Great friendly and professional staff! I was a bit skeptical at first with the whole PRP treatments for my hair, I have to admit that the price was a little high to commit to at first but after the consultation, Dr. Chun really made sure that I understood the process and his warm welcome and genuine tone made me feel at ease and that this is the best choice – non surgical! I’m Very happy of my results thus far…it is amazing that I was able to grow back hair in spots where I was definitely balding…what an incredible and reassuring feeling! I’ve been going to Dr. Chun for a little over a year now and am happy to say that I’m now visiting less frequent to sustain and maintain. Too much official and bad service and never consider about customer end. I have never visit them again.
I really enjoy coming to this office! The staff is always very friendly and Dr. Chung is very professional, knowledgeable and caring and gives you lots of information before doing a procedure. He takes his time to answer questions whenever I have them and has never rushed in and out of my appointment times to run to another client.
They are a lifesaver. I go quarterly for botox in my jaw and Dr. Chung and his staff are always accommodating and friendly. I do not have continuous jaw pain and have not lost any teeth due to cracking since treatment. As a side benefit my face has also slimmed considerably.
